Return Policy

By placing an order on our website, you are accepting and agreeing to this Return Policy.

What JOOKI players are eligible for return?

Returns are only accepted for items purchased on the https://jooki.rocks website. JOOKI does not accept any returns for items purchased anywhere else, including from any other website.

JOOKI will only accept returns that have received a valid Order Number. Other returns will be refused.

All returns will be subject to inspection and final approval by JOOKI, Inc. and MUUSELABS SA / NV.

When can JOOKI players be returned?

You can return your JOOKI player for any reason within the first 100 days after purchase. JOOKI will not accept returns for products that are not covered by this Return Policy.

How to return a JOOKI player covered by this policy

For JOOKI players covered by this return policy, please fill out the Return Form, found here - https://us.jooki.rocks/pages/return-form

JOOKI will contact you at the information you provided on the Return Form with instructions how to send back your JOOKI player.

The Order Number should be plainly visible on the package you send to JOOKI and you must use the Return Label provided by JOOKI.

You will cover the cost of shipping under this Return Policy and JOOKI will cover the cost of shipping back to you, if applicable.

You are responsible for packaging, and the cost of such packaging, your return. Please use packaging materials that will be sufficient to protect your JOOKI player during shipment.

Return Options

Once your JOOKI player has been received by JOOKI and accepted for return, you will have the option of obtaining (1) a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and taxes or (2) a replacement JOOKI player.

If you choose option (1), you will receive the refund back on the credit or debit card or original method of payment that you used for the original purchase.

JOOKI doesn’t control how long it will take for your refund to be completed, but if you haven’t received it within thirty (30) days from our notification of your refund, then please contact us at support@jooki.rocks.

JOOKI will only exchange your JOOKI player pursuant to your selection of option (2) above, or if your JOOKI player is covered by JOOKI’s Limited Warranty, see here. No other exchanges are allowed or will be made.
