Shipping Information 

All orders placed on jooki.rocks are shipped through our logistics partner ShipMonk. Packages will be delivered within 7 days of your order date. 

 

(Shipments are sent 24 to 48 hours after you have placed your order and take an additional 2 to 5 days to deliver.) 


Express Shipping

For customers that choose express shipping, refer to the expected delivery times below: 

  • For orders placed at 2pm EST on Monday, the package will be shipped the same day and delivered by Wednesday evening
  • For orders placed at 3pm EST on Monday, the package will be shipped the next day (Tuesday) and delivered by Thursday evening
  • For orders placed at 3pm EST on Friday, the package will be shipped the next business day (Monday) and delivered by Wednesday evening



When can Jooki products be returned? 

You can return your Jooki products for any reason within the first 100 days after purchase. 

 

Which products are eligible for return? 

Returns are only accepted for products purchased on the jooki.rocks website. Jooki does not accept any returns for items purchased anywhere else, including from any other website. 

 

Jooki only accept returns that have a valid Order Number. All returns will be subject to inspection and final approval by Jooki and Muuselabs. 

 

Who covers the shipping cost for returns? 

According to our returns policy, you will cover the cost of shipping for returns and Jooki will cover the cost of shipping back to you, if applicable. 

 

How do I return my Jooki product? 

Email: support@jooki.rocks with “RMA” and your order number in the subject line. We will send you a Return Authorization Number and shipping label that specifies the carrier and the return address. 

 

Next, place the products inside a shipping envelope and write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of your returned package.  

 

Returns that do not have a RMA written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to sender (at the sender’s expense). 

 

Return shipping will not be refunded. 

 

Purchases that meet the above return policy guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of payment. Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
